Ladybrook Opticians is an independent practice built around careful eye care, clear explanation, and long-term relationships.
We believe good eye care should feel calm, personal, and unhurried — never transactional or rushed. Our focus is on taking the time to understand our patients properly, explain findings clearly, and support eye health over time.
As a long-established part of the Bramhall community, we’re proud to look after generations of local families and to provide eye care that people feel comfortable returning to year after year.
Our Story
Ladybrook Opticians was founded in 2005 with a clear intention: to offer something more personal than the standard high-street experience.
Under the early leadership of Sarah Lowry, the practice developed a reputation for specialist contact lens care alongside carefully chosen eyewear.
That foundation was later strengthened by Farzana Jalil, who expanded Ladybrook’s clinical focus into areas such as dry eye care, contact lenses, and myopia management for children.
In 2025, the practice entered a new chapter under the ownership of Ashley Jardine, who also leads our sister practice, Orrell Opticians, in Ellesmere Port.
Ashley was drawn to Ladybrook’s thoughtful clinical approach and its independent, boutique feel.
Since then, investment has focused on carefully chosen diagnostic technology and ongoing clinical development — always with the aim of supporting careful assessment, clear explanation, and reassurance, rather than adding complexity for its own sake.
